Composite panel cabinet doors with an aluminum honeycomb core offer lightweight construction, exceptional stiffness and high bending resistance. They enable the production of large-format doors, even with reduced thicknesses down to 12 mm, supporting heavy surface finishes and complex geometries while maintaining long-term dimensional stability and precision. Each panel is engineered to meet the specific performance requirements of the application.

In the example shown, the doors are manufactured with aluminum honeycomb composite panels, veneered and edge-banded with natural wood veneer, featuring solid wood perimeter framing. They are machined with a 45° bevel for the integrated handle and prepared for the installation of hardware.

In the example shown, the panel consists of an aluminum honeycomb core, an intermediate cork layer and a customer-supplied solid wood facing, with solid wood edge banding. The cork layer acts as an elastic interface, absorbing the natural movement of the solid wood and helping to maintain the panel's long-term dimensional stability.

In the example shown, the doors are faced with brushed aluminum sheet, while the edges are finished with aluminum profiles bonded to a solid perimeter support.
