Lacquer-ready cabinet doors manufactured with aluminum honeycomb composite panels are an ideal solution for large-format furniture. The sandwich structure provides exceptional stiffness, lightweight construction and long-term dimensional stability, minimizing the risk of warping while ensuring a perfectly smooth and stable surface for painting and lacquering processes.

Veneered cabinet doors manufactured with aluminum honeycomb composite panels are an ideal solution for creating large-format doors that combine lightweight construction, exceptional stiffness and long-term dimensional stability. The sandwich structure with an aluminum honeycomb core reduces weight, minimizes bending and preserves the reliability of opening mechanisms, even on large-sized doors.
In the example shown, the doors are manufactured with aluminum honeycomb composite panels, veneered and edge-banded with natural wood veneer, featuring solid wood perimeter framing. They are machined with a 45° bevel for the integrated handle and prepared for the installation of hardware.

The lightweight sandwich structure reduces the overall weight of the door, preserving the reliability of opening mechanisms and ensuring lasting performance over time.
In the example shown, the panel consists of an aluminum honeycomb core, an intermediate cork layer and a customer-supplied solid wood facing, with solid wood edge banding. The cork layer acts as an elastic interface, absorbing the natural movement of the solid wood and helping to maintain the panel's long-term dimensional stability.

In the example shown, the doors are manufactured with aluminum honeycomb composite panels faced with glass or Laminam®, featuring solid wood perimeter framing to accommodate machining operations. The panels are machined with a 45° bevel for the integrated handle, prepared with recesses for door and drawer hardware, and finished with ABS edge banding.
