Boiserie with lacquered ALUXAPP panels
Which configuration to choose
ALUXAPP-H is suitable for lacquering and is recommended for standard indoor environments without specific humidity concerns.
By using a thicker HDF substrate, custom patterns and designs can also be engraved into the surface according to project specifications.

Veneered ceiling panels manufactured with aluminum honeycomb composite panels combine the natural beauty of wood with a lightweight, stiff and dimensionally stable structure. Choose ALUXAPP-E for applications in humid environments.
ALUXAPP-H is easier to veneer and is suitable for standard environments without specific humidity concerns.
HPL laminate panels
HPL-clad suspended ceiling panels made from aluminum honeycomb composite panels provide durable, hard-wearing surfaces with high aesthetic quality. The laminate can be applied to both sides of the panel or to the visible side only, allowing weight, cost and performance to be optimised according to the project requirements.
Which configuration should you choose?
ALUXAPP-HPL can be clad with HPL laminate on both faces or on one face only. In the latter case, the opposite face can be finished with painted metal sheet or wood veneer, depending on the project’s aesthetic and technical requirements.
Metal-clad panels
Metal-clad suspended ceiling panels made from aluminum honeycomb composites combine low weight, high rigidity and premium metal finishes.
Why choose this configuration?
The suspended-ceiling panels are made from aluminum honeycomb composite panels, with an exposed surface featuring a satin aluminum finish.
The panels have no perimeter frame; the edges are finished with T-shaped aluminum profiles, aluminum-finish ABS edging, or colour-matched ABS edging.
Hardware Integration
The panel is designed and machined to accommodate the hardware required for the application. Fastening positions and machining operations are defined according to the selected mechanism and the anticipated loads.
Metric Threaded Inserts
Metric threaded inserts are anchored to aluminum skins through a mechanical deformation system of the insert itself. This screwing system is particularly strong and reversible, because the screws can be screwed and unscrewed multiple times
Nylon Self-Tapping Insert
The external thread provides secure anchoring in the panel, while the internal thread enables metric fastening of the hardware. It is suitable for applications requiring corrosion resistance or involving light-duty loads.
