We manufacture composite panels in two configurations, designed to meet different application requirements: base panels, with customizable panel lay-ups, and semi-finished panels, ready for integration into the final product.

Semi-finished panels

Semi-finished panels integrate structural and mechanical processing carried out directly on the composite panels. Edge finishing, inserts, frames, hardware, CNC machining and surface finishes are developed according to the final application, delivering components ready for assembly and seamless integration into the customer's manufacturing process.

Base panels

Base panels represent proven panel lay-ups developed and refined through years of application experience. They provide an optimal balance of lightweight construction, stiffness and reliability, meeting the requirements of a wide range of applications. Skin materials, thicknesses and honeycomb cell size can be customized to achieve specific performance and integration requirements.

Both configurations share the same design philosophy: lightweight construction, stiffness and customization.

Aluminum frame doors, even in large sizes, covered in thin ceramic or glass.
In the photo, the doors have a solid wood perimeter for processing:
- 45° cut in the thickness for grip. - Hardware insertion for doors and drawers. - Edged in ABS.
